After a tough, Covid filled year, that I know has impacted upon so many small businesses, I have recently been given some news that has absolutely blown me away and ignited my passion for Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) even more.

5PM Shadow, who are undoubtedly one of the most renown and respected suppliers of SMP ink and products around the world, have asked me to join their hugely talented team of professional artists.

Not only is this a complete dream of mine coming true, but it means that I am the very first 5PM Shadow professional artist in England and only the second in the whole of the UK.

I find it hard to accurately describe just how much of an honour this is and how important 5PM Shadow has been to the success of the SMP industry. Their natural looking pigmentations and first-class equipment has increased standards and enabled artists to achieve phenomenal results.

I started up Scalperfection back in 2019 as, having had scalp micropigmentation myself, I knew how important this treatment was for not only changing what you felt when you looked in a mirror, but more importantly, changing what you felt inside. Since then, I have aimed to be the very best SMP artist I could be and ensure that my clients look good on the outside and feel good on the inside.

Therefore, it is incredibly humbling and gratifying that my determination, hard work and client recommendations have resulted in the privilege of working alongside some of the top professionals in this industry. I cannot wait to get started with the team at 5PM Shadow and am grateful to them for this rare opportunity.

All I can say is that it’s been an incredible ride for Scalperfection so far and I am beyond thankful for the overwhelming support that I have received. From the first day of business to getting this news, I have been cheered along the way by family, friends, colleagues, and clients.

I can’t wait to see where this incredible journey takes the business next!
