When your appointment is booked, our time and resources are committed to your treatment. If you do not then attend that appointment and either do not tell us in advance or with sufficient notice, we are the unable to allocate the time to someone else. For this reason, it is our policy to request deposits and make a charge if insufficient notice of cancellation or amendment is given.
- When booking your appointment, we will normally seek a deposit from you, payment of which is confirmation of your commitment to attend your appointment. You will be advised at the time of booking on how much your deposit is. An invoice will be sent to you with appropriate payment information, unless another payment method is arranged with us. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, then you should tell us as soon as possible and give at least 7 days before the scheduled start time.
- Any amendments to dates booked must be 7 days outside of your appointment, except in exceptional circumstances, or in the case of another local/national lockdown.
- If you do not attend your appointment, and no contact is made, we reserve the right to make a charge.
