Following the lifting of the government restrictions, as of 12th April, we are back to work as usual.
We’re committed to keeping our clients safe and will therefore carry out the following actions:
- Grant will test himself every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- We will provide a rapid lateral flow to every client.
- Grant will be wearing all necessary PPE.
- Our studio will be cleaned between every appointment and again at the end of each day.
Our Commitment to You
We still stand by the promises made during lockdown:
- For clients who have suffered a delay in the treatment process due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we will provide an additional free session if necessary.
- Fees will be held at pre-COVID prices.
- If you agreed to a treatment plan during the lockdown and paid a deposit, we guarantee to carry out your first session within 4 weeks of the restrictions being lifted. If we haven’t already arranged an appointment time with you, we will be in touch shortly!
